Items from domestic (US) orders can be returned within 14 days from the delivery of your order.

Items purchased from cannot be returned to a FENDI store, and must be returned via the return portal.

Please note we do not accept returns of underwear items, including panties.

Before requesting a return please make sure the products comply with the following conditions, in accordance with our Terms of Sale:

  • Only products purchased from can be returned. Items purchased at or must be returned separately according to the respective returns process.
  • The products must be in their unused original condition, with all tags and the security seal still attached and any special packaging and accessories included - incomplete, damaged, worn or altered items cannot be accepted
  • Please include the original order packing slip in your return package. Returns cannot be combined with multiple orders.
  • The return must be requested within 14 days from delivery of the order
  • The package can only be returned from the original shipping Country/Region
  • Products marked Final Sale cannot be returned.
  • Products purchased at cannot be returned to a FENDI store

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

Follow the steps at the portal to request your return. Please include the original order packing slip in the return package. Once your return has been created, you will receive a pre-paid return shipping label via email. Using the provided label, please may drop off your package at any Post Office or USPS location. 

If you decide to use a different delivery service, all costs will be at your expense and we will not be able to accept liability for lost or damaged returns.

Before requesting a return please make sure the products comply with our return conditions. Please note exchanges are not possible and outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.

Once we verify the integrity of the items we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined, and if accepted we will process the refund. Verifying the items is expected to take up to 5 business days.

The refund will be issued as soon as possible after the return has been accepted, directly to the original method of payment, and in the same currency.

Note that refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.
